The website is hosted by:

French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €22,952, registered in Nantes under RCS B 524 172 699. The website servers are located in France, in the Paris region.

Pages are delivered through the content delivery network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which caches them and protects the site against attacks.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, logos, pictograms, illustrations, layout) is the property of the publisher unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, display or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Third-party names and logos mentioned on the website remain the property of their owners.

Personal data

The website has no audience measurement tool. It only collects personal data when you write to us, ask to receive the result of the self-assessment, join the waitlist of the Liquid platform, or create an account in the client space.

Your message is stored in the website's database, hosted by Clever Cloud (France), and passed on by our e-mail service provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), to [email protected]. The information in that message (name, e-mail, phone, organization, need) is used only to reply to you and follow up on your request; your name, address, phone and organization are also stored in our Brevo address book. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties, and is kept for no more than three years after our last exchange.

The self-assessment asks for your name, work e-mail, phone, organization, role (optional), your organization's website, its activity in a few sentences (optional) and your answers. This information is used to send you your diagnostic and contact you about it, and, if you asked for it, to send you our articles and workshop invitations. This processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. The information is stored in the website's database, hosted by Clever Cloud (France), and by our e-mail service provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). To prepare our first exchange, we have your organization's website and the first public results of a web search about it read by Anthropic, PBC (United States), to which only information about the organization is sent, never your name, e-mail or phone. It is neither sold nor passed on, and is kept for no more than three years after our last exchange.

The client space asks for your name, e-mail address and main need, then, if you wish, your company, your role and how you heard about us. The requests you make there (a Liquid Cloud instance, a Liquid Edge order with its delivery address, a Liquid Enterprise quote) and your questions to customer service are also stored there, to handle them. Payments go through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland): your card numbers and IBANs are entered at Stripe and never go through our servers. This information is used to manage your account, to prepare your space, to sign you in with a code sent by e-mail and, if you asked for it, to send you our articles and workshop invitations. It is stored in the website's database, hosted by Clever Cloud (France), and by our e-mail service provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). It is neither sold nor passed on, and is kept while your account is open, then for no more than three years after our last exchange.

Like any website, the servers of the host and of Cloudflare process technical connection data (IP address, requested page, date and time) to keep the website secure and running.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies

The website sets no audience measurement, advertising or social media cookies. It only sets the cookies needed to sign in to the client space and the administration (pending sign-in code, session, a flag that a session is open to show “My space”). Fonts are served by the website itself, without calling any third-party service.
