What is an agentic digital twin?

A digital replica of your business processes, where AI agents simulate before you decide.

By Adama · October 2026

An agentic digital twin is a living computer avatar that reproduces how a real system works: a plant, a network, an organ. Unlike simple data analysis, it rests on real knowledge of the processes behind that system, which limits model hallucinations. It updates itself with field data and lets you test changes without risk. Every company therefore has a twin suited to its own way of working, even when the trades are the same: it combines robustness and accurate predictions.

What makes it agentic: it models your business processes, and AI agents work inside it securely: they monitor activity, simulate scenarios and propose actions, which your teams approve.

It isn't built in one go. It grows out of processes that are already digitized and reliable data: that's why we always start with the processes.
